I would suggest to go through various Central State schemes on social security along with comparative analysis. Also an overview of social security laws e. MP Act, ESI Act etc. Provisions relating to social security in Indian Constitution Directive Principles State Policy may be asked. My interview was in the Alka Sirohi Board. It lasted for around 20-25 mins. Overall it was satisfactory, I tried to remain positive and I think that helped me despite not being able to answer some technical and current affairs questions.
